​​​​​​​​​​​​​At Park Ridge State School, we recognise that good communication between the school and home is vital in fostering a strong sense of community.  For this reason, we developed the PRSS Communication Policy to outline our various means of communication and their purpose, along with a guideline of timelines and procedures for this communication.

If you are still unhappy after the internal review, you can ask for an independent, external review from a review authority, such as the Queensland Ombudsman or Queensland Human Rights Commission.​
