The enrolment pack available from the office contains the following documents:
Application for student enrolment
Student Resource Scheme Agreement
Student Resource Scheme Parent Information Letter
Use of ICT Facilities and Device Agreement
State School Consent Form
Enrolment Agreement
ICT Participation Agreement
Please fill in the above documents and bring them to the office along with proof of residence, this can be either a Lease document, Utility bill or Rates notice which inlcudes parents/carers name and address.
If you are oustide our catchment please complete the Enrolment Request Form and the office will contact you regarding your request.
