Every Day Counts:
Children achieve better
when they attend school all day, every day. If your child is absent from school,
it is essential that you notify us by letter, telephone or in person regarding
such absence. The only acceptable reason for a student’s absence is illness.
Please do not permit your child to be absent for other reasons. The dedicated
absence line is: 3380 4360 or email: attendance@parkridgss.eq.edu.au. An SMS message will be sent for any unexplained
absences.
Late arrival - Students who arrive at school after 8.50am
must report to the office to sign in and receive a Late Pass to take to the
teacher.
Early departure - If you need to collect your child during the day,
please report to the school office, not the classroom. Your child will be paged
and you will be required to sign him/her out. This is a security measure to
ensure the safety of your child.
